Canvas U is a college ministry that intends to meet the needs of students at both St. Olaf and Carleton colleges.
Canvas U Group
Our hope is that college students would feel connected to our community through weekly gatherings consisting of relevant teachings, discussions, and prayer. We believe God’s heart for all people is to help them grow into the individuals and communities they were meant to be.
This group is designed to Connect, Grow, & Go.
Help students develop connections both with other Christians on campus and with the local church.
Foster students’ relationships with Christ and understandings of their identities in Him through relevant Biblical teaching.
Create opportunities for students to be God’s light by serving locally, nationally, and globally.
Canvas U offers weekly groups on Carleton and St. Olaf campuses.

Outreach Ministry

Be the Light provides opportunities for students to be part of something greater than themselves. The ministry organizes outreach events to get students off their campuses and into the local, national, and global communities. Matthew 5:14-16 calls us the light of the world, meant to point others to God through the way we behave. Be the Light creates opportunities for students to shine God’s love through their service!
